I asked this question before, but everyone liked it except for one who wanted an example, so i'll give an example in this new question. Here are the old details:

I don't think that it's all that accurate, so I want to see what others think. If you have any suggestions, I gladly welcome them. Whoever has the best suggestions (in my opinion) will get best answer. Here's the system:
PCT = Save Percentage
PPCT = Penalty Kick Save Percentage
SV = Saves Made
PG = Penalty Kick Goals Given Up

Rating = (PPCT * 0.1)+(PCT * 0.9)-(PG * 0.75)+(SV * 0.05)

Joe Brown faces 100 shots, and saves 75 of them. He also faces 4 PKs, one of which he saves.

Rating = (25 * 0.1)+(75 * 0.9)-(3 * 0.75)+(75 * 0.05)
Rating = 2.5+67.5-2.25+3.75
Rating = 71.5 (fairly average)

I know you can add a background to a document while working in excel, I also know that that background is not printed. However, I would like to have a picture as the background to my document that will be printed, is this at all possible, if not in excel what other options do I have?

If you read any articles in the mainstream media related to Astronomy or Cosmology, it's accepted as a given that the Big Bang Theory is fact. There is never any mention of dissenting viewpoints or flaws in the theory. Whereas there are a number of books that call into question the theory and point out numerous flaws with this particular theory of origins, for example Eric Lerner's The Big Bang Never Happened, or The Cult of the Big Bang. One can also find a lot of dissenting information on the Internet, but few rebuttals. It would be interesting to hear from astronomy majors or working professionals in the sciences and get their reaction.

for manslaugter. They didn't purposefully kill anyone and i'm sure they feel bad anyway, so why do we punish them? Shouldn't we only punish the ones who kill with intent? Tell me your thoughts.

I remember when the U.S. had good standing and was admired the world over. Then came Bush and his cowboy/redneck foreign policies.

2 airline seats, 2 bus tours and so on...., I really can't see the fairness in having to pay for 2 contiki or whatever tours just so I don't have someone sitting next to me. Isn't that only fair? That an equal percentage of EVERYONE'S money is paid in taxes no matter what their income is? Instead you have all of the left-wingers screaming about how we should make the rich pay more...(which the rich already do, they make more money, so the money taken from that percentage is higher than a lower class person) Of course, when it involves any of them, then they want nothing to do with it. I'd be willing to bet if I threw a few million dollars a lib's way, that then he'd be against a graduated tax rate.
We need to stop punishing the rich people for being successful, because it sure as heck isn't the capitalistic way.
It's communist is what it is.
Anyone with me on this?
