It CAN be. Back pain can derive from many things: bending wrong, kidney infections, gallbladder problems, arthritis, disc problems, vertabrae problems. The list is endless. Let your doc look you over, if you're having a problem. It will make you feel better alll the way around. Good luck to you!

Could be any virus or bacteria. Could also be a kidney infection. The pain will start at the back and come around. You could also be checked for gallstones. Please get it taken care of, all are pretty serious and just get painful as you let it go.

It can mean that you have a kidney infection. There are many other reasons also, but you should go to the dr. and have yourself checked out. Don't wait around. Kidney infections can put you in the hospital.

Back pain is not a symptom of either most of the time. Usually it is a symptom of a muscle or disc problem or vertabrae problem etc.
