Is it their size? There use of covert action? What?

I am writing a paper and I could really use some quotes about what people think the problems are with the C.I.A. Not just, "I hate it blah blah blah its unkind to people" I am looking for specific reasons you do not like the CIA.

I'm asking as a person who is all FOR the CIA, but I want to know what others think.

ok my dads b-day is coming up and i want to make him a birthday cake. I would love to make him a three tour (tire) cake. but every time i try the iceing starts making it fall. so my question is how can i make it so the iceing does making the cake slip off????

i tried with different video cards types with different slots but then my PC still can not display on the monitor (no signal)
as i plugged in a video card, system sounds work fine, does not have error sounds, and the fan on the video card still runs, but the i cannot see anything on the monitor
is this the problem is from motherboard or anywhere else
