I love the name Trinity Aurora but I didnt name my daughters that because Aurora didnt fit with our last name...one of my good friends is pregnant now and we were talking about the name for her baby instead..Whatcha think???

Hi, currently I'm going to the gym 5 times a week and run 4 miles in about 40 mins at speed 5.6, no stopping. I'm also doing some weight lifting and eating healthy. Will running help me build leg muscle or will it just burn fat?

My stats: 130 lbs 19 male 5'8

Do you use warm or cold water to rinse out the conditioner in you hair? I heard it is best to use cold water, because it locks in the moisture. My hair is VERY dry. Especially now that its hot outside again.

And the rest that you do know do not want to be around you because they can not manipulate you. They assume and when they can't get the scoop they make it up. Does any one else have these problems. I have been away from the church for a couple of years (long story).

But I'm pondering going back, and feel a certain afinity with the Episcopal church. I'd love to go check out a service, but I'm a little nervous about going to a service that is so different from what I grew up with.

Can anyone fill me in on what I should expect (and what I should know in advance) so I don't look completely stupid?
