Jack Ingram said in his pull out in his new cd that her heard the song and thought it was a great song and thought he could give it a country twist and do it justice and he will let people choose sides on what it what and who should stay in which side of the book and if you want to see it for your self pick up his cd this is it which he has explained it for everybody who is going crazy about it.

It's so inferior to Hinder's version that I bet he loses album sales to crossover buyers. "Love You" is the only decent cut on it in three singles. I'm wary as all get out, and I won't buy Ingram's new disc now if at all.

people are going crazy because he did so bad with it. even hinder said so!

Rodden: It's somewhat flattering that someone would want to cover our song and also have it be the first single out on his album. But we weren't too jazzed on the way it turned out.
Winkler: It just sounds like he's reading a piece of paper in the vocal booth with our liner notes.
sorry i don't have the link to the article but it's on vh1 somewhere. ingram also did bad with his video. i mean, talking to his ex girl friend at his wedding?!? ug. missed the point of the song i think. if you are getting married, you should be over all past girls and it wouldn't be a new relationship...usually lol. plus, it took ingram a long time to admit it wasn't his song. there were country stations saying he wrote it and he didn't correct anyone for a long time
