And the rest that you do know do not want to be around you because they can not manipulate you. They assume and when they can't get the scoop they make it up. Does any one else have these problems. I have family and know many people but I do not consider them friends. Are there any people out there who just accept people as they are and not as they would want them to be?

i do. I believe that, as a general rule, people respond to whatever energy an individual projects. We are all drawn to people who have a positive attitude. The Bible says, "do unto others as you would have them do unto you." If you're seeking acceptance from people... accept them. If you're seeking friendship...be a friend, if you want understanding... be understanding...etc...My advice to you is to be the best person you can be. Always look for the good in others. If you look for faults, you will find them, because, we all have plenty of those...we are all humans. Try a different approach. Good luck my friend!!!

They are seeing something in you they dislike about themselves. I would never just take all the good things in a person and write that in stone. You have to accept bad with the good. I accept people who they are because I can't be them and they can't be me.

There are still a few of us around. Most people either go with first impressions or word of mouth from friends. I've found that with either of those you miss out on a lot of friends. Sometimes the most unlikely people end up being the best friends you can have.

Forget a group , we need a club , not only what your saying but mean , so many or just nasty . you are probably a nice person , and nice people get the crap end of the stick . people REALLY judge to much , but better that way , you don't need to waste time on them . Example P.T.A. & mom pants women lol...

i respect that everyone has the choice to live their life as they wish and i may not agree but if you arent killing someone or hurting a child thats not my business.i have been judged without being known also simply because i am from the south.but you know its like being mad for the smallest things people just want something to whine about to hear their own voice.i truly dont mean to offend anyone but please chill out there are more important things to think about. and i do accept you as i wish to be accepted also warts and all.good luck.
