Everytime i watch widescreen dvds on my regular flat screen teleivsion set i see black bars on top and at bottom of screen. I am curious if widescreen tvs do this as well or does the movie fit perfecly with absolutly no black bars. Thanks

Baby is 4 months old, has full head of hair EXCEPT in a small circular patch in back near the top of her head. The patch is only about 1-2 cm across and has no hair growing from it.

I had an internal fetal monitor during my labor, and the spot is about as big around as the wire coil they used for the monitor.

Anyone else have IFM and baby has a bald spot? Anyone have IFM and baby does NOT have a bald spot?

I have this wart on the side of my index finger. I got it one day at work, not really sure how but its been there for about a month and a half. At first I though there was something inside because it was painful and I cut it off. It didn't bled, and I had a little pain, but it went away. Now, its back but it moved about 2 cm down from the original spot and it hurts really bad. There is no black dot inside of it but its starting to grow larger and larger off the side of my finger. I try putting a band-aid on it and it reduces the pain but it itches which is very uncomfortable. I don't want to go to the doctors but I do want to get rid of it and perhaps prevent these from coming back. Is there anything else I can do to get rid of it and stop pain? Is cutting it myself ok or should I go to the doctor? And what about those self removing kits? Are those any good???

Hi all,

I have to wear dress/leather shoe all the time. During other time, I wear sports shoe. I wear shoes with socks. With the temperature getting warmer, I can feel the moisture and foot odor inside my shoes and on my socks after a whole day's wearing. It's really embarrassing.

Does anybody have some experiences about how to solve this problem? I am looking for some effective products that can help. I am already wearing some socks from Walmart that claim to reduce moisture and foot odor. But it seems that they don't help much...

Any more thoughts? Thanks a lot!

If God gave you a personal, direct order to kill your own child, would you obey Him? If not, why not? Surely you don't think you're smarter than Abraham, do you?

And by the way, if you DID receive such an order (from a booming, disembodied voice emanating from the sky), how would you verify that it was really God, and not a trick (I hope that you would be just the least little bit skeptical if you heard such a voice)?

What if your God didn't order you to murder your own son, but ordered you to do something else that you knew was morally wrong. What if God ordered you to kill yourself? Or if he ordered you to have sexual intercourse with a seven-year-old girl?

I was on birth control, but I messed up the flow of taking my pills two cycles in a row so about 3 weeks ago I stopped taking them to allow my period to come and get back on track. My period never came and about 10 days ago my partner and I had an "accident" if thats what you want to call it so I took a test last week and this week and they both came out negative. I could have swore last night I saw what could have been implanation bleeding. I'm going crazy wondering if I'm pregnant or is my period just off balance, should I just go to the doctor or continue to wait???
