Everyone is suggesting I use coconut milk or oil for my chemically damaged hair. Where do I get coconut oil? I can't find it in the grocery stores here. And, for coconut milk, do I just purchase coconuts in produce and cut them? I've never done anything with a coconut, so I'm a little dumb in that department. THanks.

and they have bigger things to worry about. Its just i cant handle it and its got so bad any more and want to talk to someone. i know child line is free and wont show up on the phone bill which is good but i dont know if i should call about my eating disorder cos i dunno if its just for bullying and/or abuse and ive just got a stupid eating problem and theyll be wasting time on me instead of helping someone in need. also if i do call them wat do i say? i have an eating disorder? ive called them a few times but im scared theyll laugh at me for calling them about this. any advice would b great. thank you

Any thoughts on this? British Marines and Sailors have been captured for "apparently" going into Iranian waters, do you believe that it was intentional or is this another add on to the already tempestuous situation in the Middle East. Do you think they will be harmed? Let's hope they are treated well and nothing happens to them, I believe they should be let go.

I am reinstalling due to many many crashes due to IRQ problems (mismatches) after recieving some of these messages on a blue stop error screen - DRIVER_IRQL_LESS_THAN, IRQ_LESS_EQUAL_THAN and PAGE_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA.

The program memtest shows problems with my memory and so i need to know what do i need to uninstall (drivers, programmes eg Nero Burning Rom) before i reinstall Windows?

I have Windows XP Home Ed.

Then i have heard that i need to reassign IRQ's to each device individually to get rid of the mismatches. What do i need to go into and what do i need to do to assign these IRQs?

Please help as much as you can guys and gals
