if I entered mexico illegally and attempted to deal drugs, then when I got caught resisted arrest

I asked this question because 3 US border patrol officers are in jail for attempting to detain illegals in 2 seperate incidents where they resisted. And by the way the illegals where simply let go.

Depends on where. Just beat and put out if in a tourist spot. If out away then jailed ifin not killed. Have you not heard the stories of GIs going accross the boarder for a good time and getting lockd up.

I'm not really sure except that it would not be appreciated. The USA doesn't appreciate illegals coming here either and violating our laws, however when will the USA authorities get to the root of the problem and arrest the employers who hire them?
