"in spite of the fact that all 50 state legislatures have submitted 568 applications (far in excess of the two-thirds requirement) requesting a convention call, Congress has ignored its constitutionally mandated duty."

In the event that Congress does what it is required to do by the Constitution and calls the Convention which all 50 states have called for, there would be an election for delegates to revise the Constitution. They would be allowed to propose as many amendments as they like, whether to the people or to the state legislatures, in the same manner that Congress can propose amendments. This convention would last until it breaks itself up and would be allowed to change anything, even proposing a new Constitution if that is what was judged best.

Considering the way this president and the recent Congresses have governed, we need this convention more than ever. Why isn't it being called for by Congress as they are required to do?

Hi all

I started working as a telller 6 months ago when i moved out froms San Francisco to a smaller area in the central coast.

I took this job because it was the only available at the time although i really wanted to start at a personal banker position.

Now that such position is available, im running into the whole your just a teller thing...

I truly think that CSR positions such as a teller position really open up your eyes to the banking industry and should give you a perfect head start against any new comer to the banking world.

Now i cant get a banker position because I have prior experience as a teller?

What is this?

please let me know if i am way out of line here.

How do you guys stay on track and not eat what you want?! I am 15, and my parents put me on a diet to fit into a nice dress for my brothers wedding on 7-7-07. I am not fat, no; I have been skinny most of my life. But I don't have any control, and need advice. How do YOU do it? I need to learn some self control.

Here is just an outline of my classes on which I do each week

Monday: Piano (helps me improve my music skills"
Tuesday: Grade 5 RAD Ballet Exam, Pre Pointe class
Wednesday: Contemporary, Ballet
Thursday: Jazz, Tap
Firday: Grade 5 CSTD Tap, Grade 6 CSTD Tap, Contemporary troupe class

That's about 11 hours of dance a week!

This will be my 11th year of studying dance, and I will be turning 14 in June!

I would appreciate answers from dancers or just anyone really!
