My friend and I have been arguing over this one... He claims that "Paradise City" refers to Austin, TX, while I always thought (and Wikipedia backs me up on this) that it referred to Los Angeles.

Any ideas?

My computer had iTunes, I used it with my iPod, pretty good. But then my computer died, so we purchased a new one (this time, a Mac). Since it's a new computer, the iTunes is new, so it's completely blank. My iPod, however, is full of songs, some of which I want to keep. But when I plug it into the computer, it asks if I want to replace my iPod with the iTunes Library, (which is nothing) so my iPod would be wiped clean, new start on everything. That's intimidating, seeing as I spent HOURS finding good quality songs on Limewire for my iPod. It would take me a good chunk of my life trying to replace a lot of those songs.

My question: Is there a way to take your songs and put them ONTO your computer, instead of the other way around? Sort of like uploading your songs to the harddrive. I think I heard somewhere about a program which allowed this, but if it exists, is it free? Help!

Got pulled over last night and the highway patrolman said that we were doing 80 when we were really doing 50. He said he "paced" us at 75 before catching up to us. Is it legal for him to "pace" us? Doesn't he have to get us on radar?

I went on a date, with this very conservative classy girl. the

girl and I talked and laughed at small coffe house for a while


we talked about everything from movies, to sports , we made funny jokes . we spent 2 hours that day we went for a walk down by the water after coffe shared stories , we went out to an icecream parlor where i bought ice cream and we talked some more as we were walking she kept on comeing very close to me as we were walking, her friend left her keys in her room so she had to go and let her in her house, but what do u think

I asked this girl who i knew well out. Both of us like sports. I asked her out to do some bowling and dinner to shake things. Up I did not want to do a movie cause i wanted to talk some more then sit next to her. We both suck at bowling so i knew it would be fun and we can easily flirt and talk while bowling. Well when i got their she was dressed like she was going to school. Then her friend showed up and they said that they wanted to go see the highschool team play a b-ball game. I did not know any of her friends so that was uncomfortable. We got dinner then went to the game. She barely talked to me at the game. She talk to other guys she knew at the game and flirted with them. After that i left because i did not feel it was a date because she had her friends their to protect her and she flirted with other guys. I have known her as a family friend.
