so me and a few friends were hanging out in the activity room after lunch today and these girls started making mean comments about us and one of my friends told them to shut up. so one of the girls started being a real b*tch to him so he called her a b*tch and she wanted to fight him but he doesnt hit girls. so my other friend who is a girl told him that if she kept messing with him then just say her name and she'll fight. well the other girl was pushing him and whatever so we went outside and her and her friends followed. so now we have plans to fight monday (cuz this is testing week). i know im not gonna do anything cuz i find fighting pointless, immature. but my friends were saying that the other girls might bring wepons and gather a bunch of other ppl so they said they were gonna get a few other ppl and bring their wepons. now im scared that they are gonna get expelled. they know i wont fight they want me 2 b there 2 pull them out if it gets too outta control. so what do i do?

My dog loves to go for car rides, but she thinks she must look out the window for the first 15 of the ride before she lies down in the seat quietly. She hasn't scratched my interior yet, but every time I hear her claws slide down the door panel, I just cringe. Is there any way to keep her from scratching it up, like a protector that attaches to the window or something?

Everyday I will come home from work (I live with my parents--I just moved back home) and there will be some sort of crisis situation with lots of yelling, huffing, puffing and blaming. I just go to my room and shut the door, however it doesn't block out the noise and my stress and axiety levels are constantly increasing. Today the lock box containing my birth certificate is missing....yesterday it was a bill discovered unpaid....

I know the risks , but ive have done my research there are lots of people who have had tattoos over keloids and there was little to no problem. i have several tattoos already in other places on my body and they did not have any problems. I need a tattoo artist preferably in texas please.

I 'll admit it, I'm not very politically savvy, but that doesn't mean I don't care about Government and how it affects peoples lives, etc. But do you (D's or R's) think that by B. Obama asking how to get people more involved in the democratic process on Y!A is a very clever ploy to guage what issues he thinks a cross section of Americans want to see changed or implemented? This is exactly what politicians do. They pretend to really care about the average American (when will we start to see them holding babies?) and try to act like they are on our side and want to make changes, but then, nothing ever really changes. We still end up with D's & R's fighting and squabbling over the same old issues. I guess my question is why should we trust ANY of the politicians? And yes, I do believe that America has the best system in the world for the democratic process, I just can't shake this feeling that they are all liars (politicians) and that its a waste of time and energy to get involved.

I'm 16, going to move away from parents in California and go back to my native home in Denmark to live with my aunts. How should I behave? I want to show them that I can be independent and I don't want to dissapoint them. I don't cause problems, I just want to make sure everything will be cool and all since I actually really don't know them. Theyr'e really nice though and open minded, easy to talk to. I just don't know how to be since it will be my first time. They're also lesbians, I don't mind but like yea I'm afraid if I react because it's new. I just don't want to offend or anything to make them hate me. I could really use your help!

If you have asked to go to counselling and your partner refuses even when you say you cant go on without some help in the relationship. If yours staying at your mums house and he has asked you to open your own bank accounts. But he still isn't telling people its over. How long would you wait to see if he wakes up and makes the effort before you started the full separation process?

im pretty pissed off about this. my ipod froze in its ihome while i was playing guitar along with a song.

I restarted it by holding the Center button and the Menu button.

This restarted my ipod, but it only shows the apple logo, then it shows a "Very Low Battery Warning", then it shows me the "Sad iPod Icon" indicating i have a hardware problem.

Luckily i bought that extended warrenty with it (way back in feb. a whole 2 MONTHS!), but im looking on line and I read things like a "$100 Diagnostic Fee." My question is this:

When i send in my ipod to get fixed, is apple going to screw me out of $100 to fix my ipod?

and if i want my money back how much am i going to get back?
