It doesn't matter, either way. I would personally say before, so if he/she gags, no food will be thrown up.

When To Give Baby Tylenol

It absolutely doesn't matter. Your child will still reap the benefits from the tylenol whether before or after a meal. However, it may be wiser to give your child the tylenol before a meal just in case he/she gags it up. That way you won't have a meal lost. Good luck and don't stress. Tylenol isn't a heavy drug that is going to irritate if not given with food.

It doesn't matter when you give a baby some baby tylenol.
They can take it at any time with or without food.
At the doctors office or the hospital they don't give the baby any food when they give them tylenol.
Just make sure it's baby Tylenol.

I have heard that ANYONE should take Acetaminophen (Tylenol) with food on their stomach. It can cause liver damage if taken on an empty stomach. I am not saying take it on a full tummy, just make sure that isn't long after a meal. Also, for best bets, you should probably call the pharmacist or the pediatrician/doctor and ask for their medical advice. They are the professionals, not us! :-) Your baby's health is in your hands.

Chances are - if it matters it will say on the bottle.
Unless something is to be given WITHOUT food, it is generally given after there is food in the stomach.
This tends to create something of a 'buffer' between the medicine and the stomach. Generally it can be less upsetting that way.

Really doesn't matter. This is not a product that will upset baby's stomach such as an antibiotic could. Go ahead and give theTylenol when you see fit - the quicker it's given, the quicker the fever/symptoms stop.

After the baby eats but I don't think it really matters unless the child gets sick with no food on his/her stomach.

Before or after is fine!
