Imagine you had a witty, attractive and amusing girlfriend/wife whom you loved in every sense. Okay . . awesome. Now imagine your lover had gone through with a subtle nose job in her teen years to help improve her self esteem and appearance. Should she tell you? Do you really want to know?

if she wants to tell then no problem
its not a issue
and there is nothing wrong if u do something to keep yourself beautiful

Its personal. If it will cause more anxitey about being judged if you do tell, then dont.

yes i would tell him because theres a possible chance are kids may come out with a bumpy ugly nose, and i would make sure that he knows i'm not a natural beauty, thats if i had plastic surgery but i didint sooooooooooo.....
