i am wondering....if you have an orgasim during intercourse in time of ovulation does that decrease the chance of becoming pregnant?
what else helps to become pregnant?

It would not decrease your chances of getting pregnant. You would just enjoy getting there more. Having sex while your laying on a pillow will help the seaman get to the cervix faster and possibly into the uterus for the pregnancy to occur. Not a sure fire way but have heard this.

No. It doesn't decrease the chance. The whole point of orgasms (from an evolutionary perspective) is to make you WANT to have more sex and therefore reproduce more.
I've heard that different positions enable the sperm to travel farther and thus increase your chances. I don't know how true it is because I'm at a point where I want to avoid pregnancy and thus haven't tested the theory.

Having an orgasm increases your chances of getting pregnant during ovulation, not decreases.

Actually having an O causes your cervix to dip down into the semen thus helping your chances of becoming pregnant.
