i am way over weight. I try to get into a exercise program of my own, and find that i always pull muscles and end up very sore. I have joined exercise places and gyms, that helped a little but i still get very sore. I talked to my doctor, she gave me a diet and some easy exercises, which i have been doing and they help. I am ready to move on to other exercises that may make me sore again. The exercises that i do that make me sore are for like beginners and moderate. I know i will be sore at first, but i always end up in bed putting hot water bottles on muscles, and feel like i have lots of pulled aching muscles. Maybe its all in my head. Anyone have any suggestions about where i can get some exercises that won't cripple me up right away?

I have a lazy kid who plays counterstrike 24/7. I think if I block counterstrike he will take a shower and get a job. I've already forwarded all my ports except 80 both UDP and TCP on the router to a bogus IP address and Counterstrike still works. How do I stop this program from accessing the net? Any ideas?

Guys no joke..im sick of fighting with desistreams.net and paid them 80 dollars to watch cricket...that didnt work out..no set link..communication sucks..just not what i was promised..made me so mad that i bought a capture card and am streaming cricket so i could watch it in class and share with friends.. i would like to invite you all to come and watch India vs Sri Lanka game tomorro morning friday 23rd or march. the link to watch the game is:

My gf and a few of her coworkers are going on a work related conference for 4 days. She was supposed to room with another woman, but then one day before the trip something happened (too long a story to write here) and she can't be with the woman coworker.
Since the conference hotel was fully booked, my gf has two options:
(a) get a room at another hotel, which is 10 min walking distance,
(b) room with a male coworker,
She opted for (b) but then I voiced my objection and she changed her mind.

My gf said there's nothing between them, and she has known him and his wife for years etc.
I don't think she's gonna cheat on me, and she has not shown any dubious behavior as long as we are together, but still it puts me in an awkward situation. So, was I overreacting to object to that?

Anyone know if they're real or fake? Do the people on the show get paid for being on there?

Proof would be really great if you guys could find any.

My dad watches these shows all the time, and I was just seeing if they were real or not. People go on those shows for the stupidest reasons.

I have been fighting for my SSI for almost three years. Less than 1 year ago, after my second turn down (reconsideration) I took my medical records.....that I collected myself....to an attorney to hire him.....because I was anticipating having to go before the judge.

In the meantime, a great doctor of mine obtained a special form and submitted it for me....and got me approved. Now, there is no need for a hearing and I have been awarded.

So, the only thing this attorney has done for me is to file one form, that I could have easily done myself. My question is......does he deserve full commission, now?

I recently stopped taking birth control pills almost 2 weeks ago. And usually if I miss taking them for more than 2 days my period will come, well it still hasn't come and I've been having sex all the while.
