The boss of man is himself. I am my own boss. I have 6 servants, They are my 6 senses. hearing, seeing,tasting,smelling, feeling and reasoning. There is no other boss to humans if he succeeds in keeping his 6 senses under his control.
The boss of nature is Prana - the life energy.
All emanate from the supreme intellect and energy- the almighty.

This is a peculiar human trait, we always need a boss or someone to hammer us, but god loves us and wishes that we be totally free and happy, no one to boss over us. We are born free but we become slaves due to our evil nature.

We all are like a switch in this world of super super super computer.
There is bound to be a supreme command which drives this computer to gainfully employ its capability. Otherwise there would have been complete chaos in this cosmos. As there is the strictest discipline and meaning of living in this world , when we take a holistic view , we are bound to acknowledge the presence of a Super Boss , who is running the show!
In whatever name we call Him , there is a unified consciousness in this universe , who is keeping the things in place and in order. Him we call the creator , the preserver and the destroyer. To him we bow in reverence of worship and the prayers of our gratitude.

Nobody which means no body, it is the intelligence of the universe. Like your heart nobody is giving it the instructions to beat with acvcuracy, like the earth, nobody is giving it directions to revolve around the sun in 365 days etc.
