I have a lazy kid who plays counterstrike 24/7. I think if I block counterstrike he will take a shower and get a job. I've already forwarded all my ports except 80 both UDP and TCP on the router to a bogus IP address and Counterstrike still works. How do I stop this program from accessing the net? Any ideas?

Use software firewall, or windows firewall
you can block port 27015 which is the default port for counterstrike server (this port can be change in the server)
