They basically eliminated everything supernatural and superstitious from religion, studied great ethical philosophies from around the world and listened to their consciences. The Supreme Being they recognized was bigger and better than Bibles, Korans, Vedas, Avestas, Popol Vuhs or whatever.
Did it allow them to be highly rational and, therefore, visionary in constructing a country?

manly enough? I have been dating this guy for 3 weeks now. I dont know how I feel about him. We have so much in common we could talk for hours, and he is really sweet, but I just dont think he is macho, manyly enough. My family doesnt understand why I am waistng my time with him. she's mistress of my husband Bernard T Gubatan,,they have 2 kids now but i'm the real wife here living in the philippines w/ 4 daughters,,this mistress of my husband is working too in england as a nurse they r working together in a hospital and want him to sign me an annulment so that he can remarried his mistress.... so wat should i do? is it enought for my 4 daughter a 500 US$ or 255 pound? this is unfair coz they work together as a hospital nurse,,tell me how much per hour of a nurse in a hospital in england?coz he say that only his salary a month as a nurse is 1500 pound or 3,000 US$ and i know his a lier.

There is eery similarity (and this is meant in a very objective, non-political tone) to the watergate showdown and the showdown between Bush and Congress. I thought that the Supreme Court's ruling in watergate over the tapes limited executive privilege to matters of national security and a few other very selective instances. In any event, the court can review documents in camera (in secret out of public view) to determine the adequacy of any such claim. But in matters of wrongdoing or fraud, the presidential privilege doesn't apply, I thought. Does the administration have a legal leg to stand on here in light of that ruling? I would think that it would be required to abide by a congressional subpoena, per the Watergate ruling. Can anyone offer any meaningful insights?

It isn't actually mine, which is the problem -- I'm renting and I don't want to cause any problems. Should I use cleaner? Just plain water? Liquid soap? Liquid dish detergent?

It is a really old building, so I suspect the wood is quite old as well -- it's definitely not the "wood flooring" that people use nowadays. Not that there's anything wrong with that, I just think that this wood is quite old.
