if some one want to increase in hight. for that some surgical procedure also done such as llisarow's Technique. In this method, a hair line fracture is done in the long bone and the two ends of fractured bone is placed in contineous traction to increase the distance in fracture end. and after getting appropriate length the fracture prepared for healing. this produces lengthing of bone result in increase in hight.
