I am a student (university) who is getting ready to finish and move on with his life. I have a wife and child and I'd say I'm fairly competent with a hammer and saw (a figure of speech). I have a collection of trusted contractors and I have several 3-ring binders (at least 10) with a plethora of plans and design products/ideas that I have amassed throughout the years. These range anywhere from counter tops, to drywall, to floor plans. The only thing I have left to learn is how to finance such an expedition. Obviously, I do not have a lot of money right now, given that I am a college student.

I looked at http://geltfinancial.com/loanrehab.asp
Is this place reliable? What options do I have?

PS: I would like this to be short-term investments (e.g., 1mo. or less--and yes, I can do it in less than a month).

I have several credit cards, rent, a loan payment, etc. - it seems that I am always short at the end of the month when most of my payments are due. How do I set-up a weekly budget that will stop this problem and allow for other expenses such as food and gas?

Here's the problem that I'm having....I'm a plus size woman, married to a blue-eyed, blonde haired gorgeous hunk of of man. I don't say that because I'm his wife, I catch other women eye balling him everytime we go out. I also catch him looking at other women while we're together, which hurts my feelings. I have told as much, but he keeps doing it. In short, it brings out my insecurities. How am I to conquer this?

only now in countries in western europe are people being told the truth in who actully won world war 2.The western front was nothing compared to the eastern front.Even the germans admitted after the war that it was the soviet union who won world war 2.You could fit over 30 normandy beach landings on the eastern front, thats how huge it was.The brave red army soldiers had to fight house to house, hand to hand in every city which the nazi's occupied in the soviet union, that one of the reasons why the soviets lost so many brave soldiers fighting the nazis. The whole truth is, the germans are deployed over 3 million of it's best waffen ss troops and armour and lufttafe on the eastern front, while letting conscripts to fight on western front. The bravery and courage of the red army soldiers is what caused the defeat of nazi germany.what do people think, thank god for the soviets who freed europe from the nazis.

A man made history today by having a pigs ear grafted on to replace his deaf ear. Everything went ok until it was tested. When asked, in a loud voice, "Can you hear this?" He replied "Yes, but I have a bit of crackling"

I also do not want the obvious suggestion of cutting the thing down. The thing is a very high leylandia type tree which my neighbour has deliberately let grow to block my view of the spectacular surronding scenery. He actually tried to bribe me with an empty promise to cut it down. I have since found out that this blockage of the view affects the sale value of my property. It also affects amenity , which is another point which I have seen quoted in similar examples. In other words it does not just happen to me.My neighbour is a nasty sad old man, and is doing this on purpose. Is there a straight forward way to deal with this matter other than start up my Husky chainsaw ?

I
* Exodus 4:11 - blindness, deafness, and other such handicaps are deliberately inflicted by god.
* God wants sinners to eat their own dung and drink their own urine. Cow dung is considered a valid alternative to human dung for those who complain. Ezekiel 4:12-15, 2 Kings 18:27, and Isaiah 36:12.
* As if dung and urine weren't enough, sinners are also expected (by god) to eat their own children: Leviticus 26:29, Deuteronomy 28:53-57, Jeremiah 19:9.

I'm pulling an all-night term paper session, and listening to 80's new wave on my sirius radio.
If you like new wave too, what is one of your favorite 80's (early nineties) songs. The more obscure-the better.

How about "Cuts you up" by Peter Murphy?

please can you give constructive comments on my poem, also could you please let me know if you can get the feeling i am trying to put across and if not why, many thanx for spending your time reading this poem

The lonely poets

Writing poetry we do care
We have the skill and the flare
And even though we try so hard
It comes out like a greeting card

We sit looking at the monitor screen
We know it all, so it would seem
Our fingers type as we pour out ideas
So you can feel our lonely tears

Our feelings of joy sadness and sorrow
We write it down for you to read tomorrow
And if you feel a hint of what we express
Maybe you’ll understand our loneliness

Our poems may rhyme, or they may not
But the words we put shouldn’t be forgot
There from the heart and truth be told
Our thoughts and loves will never grow old

So after reading one of our works
Try and understand our funny quirks
For we try and do the hardest task
Nor do we hide behind false masks

What you read is what you get
And hopefully you will never forget
A poet’s world is very glum
And this will never be undone

What should we do if empirical evidence and materialist philosophy are going in different directions???

The biologists have to tell us candidly whether they are asking us to believe in materialism because of what they know from studying the facts of biology or whether they are so devoted to the philosophy that they are willing to disregard evidence that doesn't fit in.
