Ask the local Bar Association of the city or jursdiction where your problem originates. If there is no "watchdog" or authority to supervise, the Ministry of Justice of the country where the lawyer practices will definately assist. If you are trying to address the matter from another country, the country's embassy in your city is applicable.

It's the American Bar Association. Call them if you are worried or have a problem. In addition, you can consult another attorney if you feel there is a problem. Yes, attorneys sue each other all the time. Good question!!!
