I disagree with you. I have had good success but it takes more than just one email. I usually send at least 4 before I hear back and usually they reverse the non violation.

In case you come up with an idea that they agree with instead of what is really needed like a major reforming of the reporting system.

The theory is sound but the reality is you are stitched up x amount of pennies listening to the robot options and the OMG music on hold.

I think you will find they do care..... but not so much if the customer in question is loud mouthed, arrogant, downright rude and foul mouthed!

maybe its not yahoo we should talk to but the advertisers that pay their wages.

yahoo may be more inclined to listen if they were getting grief from capitol one...
