I saw this on a DIY gardening segment.. the guy took some styrofoam (?) blocks, carved them out and added paint.. at the end he had something that looked just like mossy aged stone! He used them to make a really beautiful container garden. Does anyone remember seeing this/can give me more information or a link? Thank you so much!

my 3 yr old cat is starting to go bald in certain areas,she is loosing alot of hair on her sides,any ideas what might cause this?shes had flea treatment so i dont think its that, she doesnt seem to be scratching or licking those areas alot either.

Newton's law of gravitation.
My book says "if you double the distance between two objects, the attraction between them becomes four times weaker."
I'm trying to understand how formulas are created from natural observation. So, why is it weaker by 4 times? I understand it's weaker because it's in the denominator but what if the distance is 3? Then 3^2=9, which is tripled. I have a math and physics book with two problems like this that explain it as an even decrease. Why is this? Because it is squared? But only 2^2 and 4^2 produce answers that are multiplied by four-all others do not-what am I missing? Thanks!

Me and my boyfriend have been together for five years. We stay together and have two boys ages 4 and 1. I know its tough on him and its tough on me too, but why is he trying to shut me out. I feel he is pushing me away from him. If you love somebody he should not do that. 3. The amount of chlorine needed for a pool varies directly as the size of the pool varies. If 5 units of chlorine is the amount needed for 2500 L of water, how much chlorine is needed for 3750 L of water?

4. The odometer on the Goldmans’ car is not measuring distance correctly. For a 220-mi trip the odometer registers only 216.7 mi. On their return trip, the Goldmans detour due to road repairs. If the odometer registers 453.1 mi for the round trip, how many actual miles was the detour?

A group of about 15 of my friends and I are going to a concert event, and we were thinking of renting a party bus to drive us there and back so we don't have to worry about drinking and driving. Has anybody ever done this before, and if so, how much did it run you? All of the websites I've looked at want you to call them for a quote, but I'd like to get an idea of what's reasonable before I call.

Also, if the party bus doesn't pan out, we were thinking of renting one of those 15 person passenger vans and having someone be designated driver - but we've only found one place in New York and Long Island that rents them! Anyone have any suggestions as to where to look for this?
