If a person was jumped and beaten up while working out of state, then returned to their home state, can they bring criminal charges where the assault happened without going back there? Or do they have to return to give a statement in person? Can a lawyer handle this on their behalf?

They are saying now that it's the insurgents causing the war, because they are fighting back against foreign forces who waged war against them for no reason.
They are saying it's to retaliate for 911...Hello??? Rumsfeld and their PNAC organization had been lobbying to invade Iraq WAY before 911 (see their letter to Clinton on their website http://newamericancentury.org .. read also their document "Rebuilding America's Defenses, " this is where they said, one year BEFORE 911, that a "New Pearl Harbor" would help speed up their scary military police state agenda.
911 is a fraud, a terrorist act committed by BushCo against his own people, profiting only Cheney's outfit Haliburton and their ilk, and it is a FACT that using 911 to wage illegal wars has multiplied terrorism and anti-Americanism, not to mention bankrupt the USA, and break laws meant to protect the people from abuses of power. Bush sent troops there fraudulently to kill and to die,do not blame Americans who object to this

what do atheist really think about life? is it really just something that we go thru and then eventually just die..? and when we past away our bodies will just rot..? do you really believe that we dont have souls and that we are only moving flesh? how do you explain then those people who have testified of miracles, of healing, and of feeling their dead love ones..? c'mon there's got to be more than that than just something that happens in our head...people aren't that crazy and stupid...

my girl friend[like friend thats a girl] told me this guy that she is friends with walked up to her, when she was talking to a friend, and kicked her in the butt then put his arm around her and his arm and then his hand made its way to her butt then he started poking her where she is tickle-ish then had his body behind hers and put his arms around her and on her stomach and she says she didnt do anything and was so embarassed and grossed out and then the next day i saw what he did he grabbed her from behind and said guess who in her ear and she said she felt his erection. is this all sexual harassment? she is a freshman and he is a sophmore and feels like she cant do anything? and she is really afraid of him?

I bought proactive 2 weeks ago, and I thought that this product would work, however I was absolutely horrified at its results.

I started taking proactiv a week ago, once in the night like they recommended. I didn't have any major breakouts or anything, but I just wanted to start trying it because I heard so much great reviews on it. However, in 3 days after using it I woke up and my face was hurting all over, I felt as if I was going to break out. I tried proactiv again hoping that it would help whatever zits may appear, however the next day I had bumps all over my face. Not the regular period pimples, but really big zits. I was shocked, and terrified. I decided to try again esp using the mask, but that didn't work. My breakouts was still there and getting worst. My husband and my mother noticed it, they were shocked at the results also. I stopped using the proactiv and I haven't used it for 4 days now, and already my face is getting better.
Continue or stop? Similarities and Advice?

I have know idea what half the words mean or how they are written, with all the thei's thall's and shall's! Is there another book that comes along with it that can break it down a bit so a dummy can understand it? How long did it take for you to read cover to cover and understand it?
