They are saying now that it's the insurgents causing the war, because they are fighting back against foreign forces who waged war against them for no reason.
They are saying it's to retaliate for 911...Hello??? Rumsfeld and their PNAC organization had been lobbying to invade Iraq WAY before 911 (see their letter to Clinton on their website http://newamericancentury.org .. read also their document "Rebuilding America's Defenses, " this is where they said, one year BEFORE 911, that a "New Pearl Harbor" would help speed up their scary military police state agenda.
911 is a fraud, a terrorist act committed by BushCo against his own people, profiting only Cheney's outfit Haliburton and their ilk, and it is a FACT that using 911 to wage illegal wars has multiplied terrorism and anti-Americanism, not to mention bankrupt the USA, and break laws meant to protect the people from abuses of power. People who hold strong beliefs will reject facts that contradict their beliefs. Anyone who still thinks that Iraq was a good idea is very unlikely to change their mind because of any new evidence or developments.

I think it is time for us all to realize how stupid it is to play the blame game. If you want to do that, then blame all Americans. Yes, everyone. If it was such an easy decision, why is it the democrats couldn't convince voters to vote democrat? Then again, maybe it was the staff of the candidates, or that crazy CA mom who camped out in Crawford TX, or maybe the fault of the Romans ot UFOs.
I know that if we are to solve as many problems as we can, we MUST get beyond namecalling and fingerpointing.
Americans must work together for their country, or they will most certainly lose control of it to social gimmicks.

It's a very strong accusation to say Bush committed 9/11. His presidency was made after 9/11 though. Americans wanted to see justice done after 9/11 and Bush gave the impression he would do so. He turned out to be a dismal failure.
