yup, there is a train service from habour point to changi airport.

First you have to go to Harbourfront MRT station (NE1), then travel down to Outram Park MRT Interchange station (NE3/EW 16 ).
Transfer to the East-West line and take towards Tanah Merah (EW4), where you are required to change to the train to Changi Airport (CG2).
Refer to the map below, it will be easier.

If lost, just ask any person around. ^^

There is train that will take you fr Habourfront station to Changi Airport.

However, you'll require to do two train transfer. One at Outram Station and another at Tanah Merah Station.

If not, taking a cab will only cost about S$20-S$28 depending on the traffic.

No, But a taxi is very cheap, also they have many buses.
Hook onto Tour East, tour company, they will meet you and take you to your hotel, take you on tours, and return you to a/p for return flight.
I have used them several times, great !!
