Can you open the laptop and know what you are doing?

Yes = remove and re-insert battery is should reset the password. (The battery from the motherboard that keep record of your BIOS settings, time etc__and not the one which supplies power to the laptop so you can use it)

No = take the laptop to the nearest and well trusted technician (preferably where you purchased it and explain the story and pay them and 'though shall be helped').

Good luck
