ok...so i posted on Monday about the b/f putting his hand over my face while i was sleeping. everyone said to dump him. now am trying to do that but he WILL NOT go away. he actually came over last nite...i asked him to leave...he looked at me and said "no, you can't make me". (He is 40 by the way)...so I went out to my patio, saw the police driving by our apts and walked out to the road to talk to them. I was told that unless he knowingly tries to inflict bodily harm on me, they really can't make him leave. Said that the sleep "thing" was probably just an accident. I told them I didn't want him there, they told me sorry. So I guess as long as you aren't hurting anyone, you can just go live in their house and they can't do $hit about it. Talked to our apt manager, asked them to change the locks and they said they would put in "on the list" but not to expect anything for about 6 mos. explained the situation, he said he was sorry, but there were more pressing things.

when my great-great-great grandparents came to the u.s. there name was changed a bit at ellis island. from heedrick??? to hedrick , although i'm not sure i spelled the 1st. name right. how can i find out the origanl spelling of my last name before they messed it up at ellis island??

If she really wanted to be a humanitarian, why doesn't she just financially bless these families that can't afford these kids instead of breaking these families up with her money. The Vietnamese child I understand has been an orphan since birth. Fine, I can understand that. But the other two mutts had families that loved them. This just makes me absolutely disgusted. Would you want somebody to come in with their money and 'buy' your child because they can give it a better life?

With all the crazy spending going on out there, How can I get the government to help me with debt relief without filing bankrupcy... I've worked hard to have a good credit score, but my bills just keep piling up. I'm not a deadbeat, but I need help... and those credit agency are just another business to make more money.... ive got windows xp and I recently got spyware so I downloaded spybot but it couldn't kill this one thing called smitfraud-C... so I downloaded this thing off bleepingcomputer.com just for it but I needed to run safe mode... I F8'd at the start and hit safe mode... so it went to the windows is starting up screen just before the user login.. i have let it run for 3 hours before but it NEVER loads... so I was gonna get something in normal mode that doesn't make me go into safe mode... but now when I f8 and choose start windows normally it goes into safe mode again!! I've tried restarting and turning the master on and off but nothing works and I couldn't find my prob on the internet... PLEASE help! :(

It seems all I hear about Lexapro and other SSRI's is sexual side-effects, anorgasmia, etc! I just started taking Lexapro. Does EVERYONE have sexual side-effects? It would make me feel better to hear from anyone who has taken Lexapro without sexual side-effects... Anyone out there? Thanks much!

I have a neice that has just started menstrating. She`s scared to tell her mom, so she called me. Of course I reassured her and gave her factual info. But what do I tell my sister inlaw? She doesn`t want to admit that her daughter is growing up. My sister inlaw is a tomboy, she has a hardtime with "women things", especially with her daughter who she tries to treat like a boy. Okay besides me being stressed right now.. and having a ton on my mind * single and going be seeing the father now in less than 3 weeks and i havent seen/talked to him since i was 16 weeks * Well my stomache has been hard 24*7.. it has also been really hurting me a lot. Im not getting to much sleep. cause im tossing and turning and nothing is really helping. Ive also been having sucha a hard time breathing.. im not able to go for walks anymore or even go upstairs cause its so painful in my back, stomache and with breathing..

i just feel lowsy like my whole body is giving up on me in more ways than one.. :-/.. I have also always measure 2 cm's bigger than what i normally was.. but have always been on the right track for gaining weight..
**ALso i keep getting these pains in the vaginal area.. its really painful.. espec. when he moves

what do you think is happening..? normal not normal? something i should stress to my doctor? & i have also never had a stress test done before.. ?

My wife and her mom set me up on a Domestic Violence, last November, after coming home from a 10 hour day at work. She tackled me from behind twice, admits that she did, one of the two times. I was arrested for it. She has me kicked out of my house for 35 days with nothing but the clothes on my back. Then she comes onto my property, which she is not suppose to do, and demands that I give her the kids, which it was my weekend with the kids according to our approved parenting plan. I told her to leave. She did, but just to down the road and parked to watch me. I put the kids in the car to go to the movies. She tried to cut me off when I left, but was unsuccessful. She then calls the police, and I was arressted on the grounds of kidnapping. Now my visitation rights have been cut down to 2 hours a night, 2nights a week, supervised with a psychological evaluation, thats going to cost me a grand, before I can get visitation rights back. All because I was at my house minding my own business
