I F8'd at the start and hit safe mode... so it went to the windows is starting up screen just before the user login.. i have let it run for 3 hours before but it NEVER loads... so I was gonna get something in normal mode that doesn't make me go into safe mode... but now when I f8 and choose start windows normally it goes into safe mode again!! I've tried restarting and turning the master on and off but nothing works and I couldn't find my prob on the internet... PLEASE help! :(

It is difficult to get out of this state

first do a fresh installation to avoid loss of data
now login to this installation and back up all data in the original OS installed drive to another folder
Then run again the installation (fresh) with formatting of the drive
If you installed the first on a different drive backup all those necessary and then format it . to save disk space

Always it is better to do the final installation in C drive. because if you installed to other drives it is imposiible to format drive c as some system files are stored in C also every time.

try the last known good configuration option on the F8 Screen, this will get you to your normal windows login, then try to do the safe mode. if this doesnt work then you can try the system recovery option. Hope this helps...
