Green food coloring to make green cupcakes maybe? How about green frosting? Or green sprinkles? You could use icing and draw little clovers on them all that would be cute.
Hope you like my ideas.
MMMMM cupcakes! =)

Green food coloring will make either the frosting or cupcakes a nice bright green.
You could also try using some lime Jell-O (just the powder) in the batter, which will turn your cupcakes green, as well as give them a very subtle lime flavor.

Add green food coloring to the mix till it turns a nice green color. Or keep them white and make green frosting for the top and you can top that with green sprinkles of some sort.

You could add green food coloring to the cake batter to make them green. Also, if you are using a white frosting to ice them, add green food coloring to the frosting as well!

Happy St. Patricks Day!

You can add green food colouring to the cake-mix or to the icing itself, or you can get one of the icing pens and draw shamrocks on to white icing.

Or make chocolate fairy cakes and ice with creamy coloured icing to look like little guinness.

May be get some mini Irish flags and stick them in the top?

Leprechauns?

Check your local baking supplies shop as they may have little transfers or things in specially for St. Patrick's Day.

Have fun!

Focus on the frosting. Make it white with a green shamrock or green with a shamrock outlined in white. Dying the cake green usually results in an unplesant color when baked.
