I love the town I live in. The people here are very community minded. But sadly because of infill housing our town is becoming over crowded, crime has risen, and we are slowly watching our town turning into a ghetto.

I am pysically a very active person. I like most kind of sports. I go to the gym regularly (been 3 yrs). I do high-impact aerobics, body combat, circuit training, spinning, yoga and pilates regularly. Min 3 times a week. I can easily do body combat without any problems for an hour or spinning. I am ok with brisk walking.
However, I cannot run. Is that normal? If I try to run for 20 meters I feel out of breath. What's wrong with this picture?

I am trying to caculate how much sodium hydroxide 50% (by wt) to a solution of 500L of water and 60L of ACN to get a final pH of 10. ACN is soluble with Water but will it drop out when the NaOH is added?

I've currently used mail.php to generate and send emails via an email form on an html page. Is there another way of doing the same thing but not using php as my client's server doesn't seem to support it. Cheers.

The kindergarten class had a homework assignment to find out about something exciting and relate it to the class the next day. When the time came for the little kids to give their reports, the teacher was calling on them one at a time.
She was reluctant to call upon little Johnny, knowing that he sometimes could be a bit crude. But eventually his turn came.
Little Johnny walked up to the front of the class, and with a piece of chalk, made a small white dot on the blackboard, then sat back down.
Well the teacher couldn't figure out what Johnny had in mind for his report, so she asked him just what that was. "It's a period," reported Johnny.
"Well I can see that," she said, "but what is so exciting about a period."
"Damned if I know," said Johnny, "but this morning my sister said she missed one. Then Daddy had a heart attack, Mommy fainted and the man next door shot himself."

I'm in junior high and i was wondering if i sound like an attractive person to any of you junior high girls, and what i could improve upon

1. Absolutely Hilarious (not trying to sound stuck up but everyone says I am and i want to be honest)
2. I've been told around an 8/10 on looks depending on what you like
3. Really deep blue eyes
4. Emotional but not whiny
5. Actually cares what a girl is saying
6. No real muscles, but thin (but not anorexic)
7. Say really sweet things

So, just by following what i've said in the above, do you think i'm an attractive person to a junior high girl? The reason I'm asking isn't because I'm insecure it's because most girls are pretty shy at this stage and they won't admit that they like you.
