Nobody has. Though, many people will attribute things that happen in their lives to God (if it happens to be good) or the Devil (if it happens to be bad). People will even remember differently what they asked for or felt to match whatever happens. Elizabeth Loftus did some good research on how volatile memories are. There have been some tests on whether prayer works, and they've come back negative.

You are talking of miracles. There are many miracles. Watch sky at night; see sun, sun flower keep facing the sun, nature and creatures on the earth. Have you seen how the design is made on the butterfly’s wing?
When you say divine power, it is a matter of experience and not a power of matter. Experience of divine power is always there within, no doubt. Do people feel happiness, sorrow, shock, shy, fear, anger, worry, anxiety, relax, peace within? Like wise divine power can be felt when the right stage and condition arrive. This is real and scientific miracle within because it changes life miraculously.

Yes....if you pray and really expect an answer, you will be led, and you will KNOW in your heart when you have the answer. But if you do not have faith in the power of your prayer, you may as well not even pray it. The Lord knows your heart. I have prayed about my financial situation and have been led to information on tithing. I am still a work in progress and not an expert, so I researched tithing, and it is a biblical command that is meant to reward you.

Here's a book that explores that very question:

"Why God Won't Go Away" by Andrew Newberg.
