I would have to say the least friendliest people I met, even though I was not in their country, are the Israelis, real chips on their shoulders
The friendliest are the Fijians, by a long shot, they are very genuine people

Friendliest has to be a toss up between Italy, Greece or the USA, they all seem really ready to help out lost foreigners!
Least friendly is definitely France, been there more times than I can count and they're so rude and mean :o( Shame the place is so pretty!

Canada is the friendliest, I have never really gone to a country that was unfriendly. and I been to many including the US and all of Europe.

Haven't been everywhere but Mexico is the friendliest, France of course is the least friendliest.
