I have recvd names and addresses from Tax records but how can I be certain that the name I have is actually the person who resides there. I can address the envelope with their name but on my letter I dont want to offend anyone in case one of the family members has passed, or divorced etc.. Some of them are rich, some are handsome but they all have one thing in common. - They're goody goody men with no personality who would do anything for me but I find them very boring.
