This is a funny place to ask, but a propos! When I was in school we students had to document our sources, such as books, magazine articles, and so on. Now it seems that many students go to the internet to find information. How do teachers handle this? Is it allowed? Do students cite the web as a reference, and how do they prove the information they find is accurate?

i have got a foul taste in mouth, especially when I swallow, and my mouth feels like it is coated with something. My lips feel like they are burning. However my breath does NOT smell.

Both my dentist and doctor say my mouth looks health. its driving me nuts.

i changed my diet radically in January and have lost 19lb in weight. Stopped having bread, sweet stuff, and crap. I now have a super healthy diet.

Any one have a clue what it could be causing the taste?

For example, I have a phone line in my bedroom and one in the living room. I have a BT line and my broadband provider is Virgin. Can I connect both PC's to this same connection using a separate modem in each room, or once one is connected does this prevent the other from connecting on the same line, as the line is technically 'engaged'? (as it would on 56k dial up).

I have heard that homosexuality is legal I don't know where in the world.Also a poor man is obliged to pay the same taxes as the rich man , and people with better posibilities differing only percent.
I think it is ridiculous to ask an old man to pay taxes.He lived other ages , he had to face the war and fight in war for the future generation and his wife receives only the money with which she can buy bread dayly.
Also young man who hardly can earn some money to buy food and clothes shouldn't pay taxes, especialy that he is not able to buy a house from his work, and has to live with his wife , child and his parents into two rooms.What is this government for if we can hardly buy food and clothes from our hard work working a day long , and never have the chance to buy a house. Perhaps only a poor apartment(fleg), at the end of our 3 lives at 7 level, without a garden , living like in a tomb, and as if we are angels , and can live in the sky.

my friends always clown on me because i dont have a GF and i never had one before, anywayz all the time my friends make fun of me also because im only attracted to asian girls, why? i dont know? when i see a girl of a different race they dont attract me, its just like any other girl. but if i see an asian girl i get attracted to them. but the bad thing is, i never had a GF and cant seem to hook up. im currently in my 3rd year in HS and is their anybody who could help me with these situations?

My wife has taught in Public School for 20 years. She teaches in an inner-city school district. Last year she was asked by no-child left behind to get a masters degree to teach 5 year olds...so we are paying 17K to do just that even though she is just a few years from retirement. I get so tired of hearing from the media and some government officals that the problem is the teachers..WRONG!
My wife is an excellent teacher who loves the children she has educated. NO one will say the real problem...the Problem is (95%) the horrible parents these children live with, they are exposed to drugs and the most dysfuntional behavior most of us could never imagine.

Why isn't anyone saying this???

That's my rant from a husband who loves his wife and hates what is being said about our wonderful, dedicated teachers...thank God for these hero's!!!

girls don't want you to succeed. Set you up with false info so you would make mistakes. Turn things around to boss to make you seem mean, stuck up, make careless mistakes, make things up. Even worse tell other co-workers things so they wont socialize with you. How do you deal with this when boss blows you off.

Where I park is a cul-de-sac on an unmade track, designated by the County Council as a Private Street. A developer intendsto open up the cul-de-sac and use the track in front of my house as access for cars to a new property. Also, in my deeds there is a conveyance which gives me the right to access the track to my property but no others. In addition this conveyance states that only the owners/residents of the 12 terraced properties on one of the track can grant access to others to their properties. The developer argues that because the County Council has designated this private street a 'highway', he has full rights to use it as access to his yet to built new property. Where do I stand legally?

I am required to copy and paste a url from an email message into my internet browser to allow registration of the Ashampoo program. I get as far as highlighting the url and clicking on copy in the view window. I then open up my browser but am lost when it comes to finding the paste button to enter it into the address block.
