girls don't want you to succeed. Set you up with false info so you would make mistakes. Turn things around to boss to make you seem mean, stuck up, make careless mistakes, make things up. Even worse tell other co-workers things so they wont socialize with you. How do you deal with this when boss blows you off.

Document EVERYTHING. Just smile, smile, smile as you quietly aqquire fact after fact(the "set up" stuff FOR SURE). Go talk to your HR person. Don't know where you are but that behavior of your co-worker would get her fired yesterday. If you keep getting the run around casually mention you'll just have to go talk to a lawyer(with a smile on your face) instead. It's a liability issue and might get you some results.

Harassment is illegal first of all, it goes against the morals, values, and ethics of any business. Document everything that has happened, try to talk to your supervisor first and if you get no resolve there take it to HR. Depending on the size of your company you may have an Employee Relations department which handles a lot of harassment issues as well, you need to report it now to get a control on it which will also provide you some protection from retaliation. Stand up for yourself, if you don't who will??

Either go over his head and let someone else know, there should be an 800 number for human resources,,,,,,that would make him look like a fool for not stopping it, or else quit that job, its not worth the stress you describe.

No one has to work like that, I reccomend the first step, going to someone higher than him, that way they can get a better manager in that spot that won't let this happen again.

First of all donot be sexiest. Not all girls or boys are same.
If someone is doing mean to you then you have to play cool. work hard prove your self and try your self not to get involved in office politics, learn to ignore and stay calm. same time maintain diary of events, when you think its a right time give your boss written complain with detail event with time and dates. But remember to keep a copy to your self. If he does not listen to you or fail to take action then goto human resource if still there is no action keep on going higher and higher untill either of you get fired. if incase you get fired take your company to court and keep on fighting for your right at work one day you will win but donot give up hope and tackle things accordiingly. patience will pay off.
