A proper beauty therapist will will be able to do them - make sure you ask for a facial with extraction.
If you are going to do them yourself then make sure you steam your face first, put boiling water in a bowl add a few drops of tea tree oil to water, cover your head with a towel and put your face about 30cm away from water. Try and stay there for about 5 mins. Then dry your face and use your fingers wrapped in tissue to prevent dirt getting back in your face to gently squeeze them out. Don't use your nails but the sides of your fingers. Don't try and force any stubborn ones out, you'll scar your face. Do this about once a week, and make sure you get a face wash to use in the mean time to cleans - Nutrogena or Biore do great ones for blackhead prone skin. Keep this up and they will eventually clear - like anything in life there are no miracle cures.
Good luck,

Squeeze them out than start using Ginvera Apricot scrub for blackheads twice daily. Blackheads on the nose are due to the skin is oily in that area and it traps dirt.

its gna sound rly painful but it only lasts for a few secs... take a needle of some description, sterilise it and pop the top of ur blackhead it is better for ur skin than squeezing as this can push it further down into ur pores, then put some antiseptic on it and dont wear make up on the area for a couple of days.

In Singapore (& I assume you can get them here) you can but strips that you put on your wet nose - leave to dry then rip off pulling out all the black heads. Smarts a bit but really works.

You can buy nose strips (Biore do them) which are really good for removing blackheads. Steam your face too and then gently squeeze them out with a blackhead remover which you can buy in the Bodyshop.

Have read that Elmer's glue (put on and let dry) then peel off -- will help.
Also, there's a product by "Joey" that's good for blackheads. You can find it in Sephora cosmetic store (some JC Penny stores now have a Sephora section).

after a while they will go but if no spot teatment or anything works then there isnt much that can be done tbh is a hormone thing so as soon as you get rid off them they will only keep coming back be is to just leave them or pick them if there too annoying/ noticeable
