I have rented from him for 3 yrs. and have had no contract ever and no problems. I recently moved into another rental of his and did another oral agreement. When we moved in he stated he did not want to sell only rent, two months later after he seen all the work i did to the house he now wants to sell what can i do please help.

I am not suicidal so don't give me the life is worth it bit -

My question is this - It is my life isn't it ? Who has more right than me to say "You know I've had enough?"

Oh yes my death may emotionally harm someone but I am going to do that sooner or later any way - old age will creep up if nothing else -

The god bit - who is god to tell me that I have to stay on the planet under the conditions that I may find unaceptable - I don't choose to believe in god - so why should I have to worry about your god's opinion ?

I just don't get why suicide of all things would ever be considered wrong or imoral

This evening I saw the docu-drama about the excavation of what director Simcha Jacobovici claims to be the Tomb of Christ. Does anyone else think that there might be a slight possibility that this man's Jewish faith may have something to do with the slanted content of the docu-drama? I found it interesting that a Jew would make a documentary on this subject. The film appears to be a blatant attempt to discredit the Biblical narrative of Jesus. It is filled with half truths and inuendo. In otherwords, it's like the Divinci Code all over again. If you check out the blog pages about him you will also note that a good many of his films have been directed toward New Testament characters. Did you see the program and if so, what is your opinion.

I was just wondering because I now have an HDTV and my DVD player supports both cables. I was wondering which one delivers a higher quality picture (audio isn't a factor because I use a separate device). Also, does an s-video cable support progressive scan? If anyone who knows about this topic could let me know, possibly even how much better one is than the other, that would be great. Thanks!

How do you blow your nose? I use #2, 6 & 9. Interesting....who knew there were so many different ways? Here are the variations I've come up with so far:

1. Blow out both nostrils at once into tissue.
2. Blow left nostril into tissue while covering right nostril. Then blow right nostril into tissue while covering left nostril.
3. Snot-rocket (no tissue, either nostril first).
4. Snot-rocket (no tissue, both nostrils at once).
5. Nose-picker (who needs tissue when you've got your finger???)

Post-blow options:
6. "inner-nostril-wipe with tissue" (insert tissue-covered finger into nose to wipe out any remains)
7. "inner-nostril-pick without tissue" (insert finger into nose to pick out any remains).

Tissue vs. Toilet paper smackdown:
8. Use only tissues (i.e. Kleenex) to blow with.
9. Use toilet paper to blow with.

Disgusting alternatives:
10. Don't blow your nose... just snort it down your throat, hack it
back up and spit it out.

I'm regretting getting my hair straightened two months ago which has severely damaged my hair. Now, I want my natural wavy hair back. Is there any way I can make the chemicals go away faster? Cutting my hair is not an option since it is still fairly short (medium length).

A nurse was on duty in the Emergency Room when a young woman with purple hair styled into a punk rocker Mohawk, sporting a variety of tattoos, and wearing strange clothing, entered. It was quickly determined that the patient had acute appendicitis, so she was scheduled for immediate surgery. When she was completely disrobed on the operating table, the staff noticed that her pubic hair had been dyed green, and above it there was a tattoo that read, "Keep off the grass." As a new, young MD doing his residency in OB , Iwas quite embarrassed when performing female pelvic exams. To cover my embarrassment I had unconsciously formed a habit of whistling softly. The middle-aged lady upon whom I was performing this exam suddenly burst out laughing and further embarrassing me I Iooked up from my work and sheepishly said, "I'm sorry. Was I
tickling you?" She replied, "No doctor,

Im need seriuos therapy . Im so addicted to Y!A and P&S . Seriuosly it's 10:17 pm on a sunday night , im sick and I HAVE to get up early , take my son to daycare , go to school, then go to work . I have to get up at like 5 something to get ready , but here I sit ..... dammit all to hell !
