I've heard of drinking ice tea to make nausea go away, but when I drink ice tea, I feel nauseated. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem? -Thanks

am lost and felt like i have been lied too by my mortage company. In 04 we bought a townhome for 174k had 2 loans, 1 for 140k that is a ARM and other for 35k. august of 05 we were approached by Countrywide that has our 1st loan telling us we have a value of 220k and you have about 35k in usable equity. We had about 25k in medical debt for my kids hospital bill. They suggested to roll that in with my 35k second. The selling point was to clear those payments to get ready to refinance my 1st which is a ARM to a fixed plan. Now i am getting these rate hikes now have a 10percent on my first and the payments are killing us. I went to countrywide to refinance, check my credit was 700, my income was fine. Then they send out a apparisal,came in at 185k, countrywide told me i cannot do anything. I hired my own appraiser came up with the samething, but he told me the property should have never been appraised at 220k when i took out the HELOC should have been 183k?

Until a month ago, I had a huge problem with warts growing on my hands. It started with one, which stubbornly refused to die for 2 years. Then, one day, several others grew. I tried to kill them in a few over-the-counter methods, none of which worked. I had a doctor (general practioner) freeze them, and they came back. Finally I made an appointment with a dermatologist (he can't see me for 6 months), and in the meanwhile I decided to try one more over the counter treatment. It can't hurt right? So I picked up a treatment that uses a bandaid to apply 18 percent silaic acid to the warts. To my pleasure, I killed five warts this way--or at least got the visible portion to fall off. Then, to my graet suprise, just after the five warts fell off, abruptly *every* other wart on my hands, of any size or age, shrank away. It took under a week.

Does anyone know why this happened? Did my immune system suddenly "recognize" the HPV virus? I'm deeply curious as to what cause this turn of events.

We have been friends for 6 years and never had romantic feelings for each other. Her husband told her that he cheated on her, she was devastated and we started to spend more time with each other. Somehow we started to develop romantic feelings and expressed them to one another. She's in a process of divorcing her husband, I would like to do the same because my husband deserves to be with someone who truly loves him. We both would like to live together but the problem is we both have kids and are concerned how it will affect them and the rest of our family. My husband found out about us but he still wants to stay married. What should we do? Is it possible for my best friend and I to just stay friends for our kids sake? She works three days a week in a shop where she "rents" a spot then travels two days a week to people's homes to cut hair. Her traveling price is $10.00 more than a cut in the salon. Do I tip her when she comes to my home? She gets to pocket all of the money as opposed to having to give half to the shop owner when she is in the shop.

I know that when you make up a bottle of formula and keep it in the fridge, it lasts for 24hours. Can anyone tell me, is it the same for boiled water? Does it only last 24hours as well or is it longer, as I don't always make up every bottle at once. Same with a bottle thats been steralised and put together, how long do they stay sterile for??

Almost every night after I am asleep, my 2 cats (One 1 year old female, one 2 1/2 year old male) think it's the perfect playtime. They run from one end of the house to the other and jump on the tables and pretty much just try to make as much noise as possible. I have tried to separate them in different rooms, but then they start clawing at the doors and mewing like there is no tomorrow. Any suggestions?

Im a uni student and have been looking around for a loan but after extensive research online and phoning countless loan companies, they all seem to have a problem im a student and unemployed. I know there are companies out that provide loans to unemployed students who don't need to pay it back till after completion of course, but Im having problems finding them! Please help!
