My ex is threatening to take away my son. But i really dont want my son to go with him because he's violent, had history of being sexually abused (and they still let that guy over at their house), doesnt help support the baby and all this other stuff. My mom and i raised my son alone and couldnt afford to live in cali cuz my mom and dad recenlty separated. So we decided to move to mexico cuz my mom has a house here. I talked all this over with my ex and he seemed to have understood the situation and even gave me a written permission signed by him. Now he's accusing me of running away with my son and wants to take him away.

I want what's best for my son and yes i'd like him to have a father figure but I KNOW he will NOT be a good example or a good guardian to my son. So wat do i do to be able to keep my son?? I know i have to get a job to show i can take care of my baby im working on that now (im 18). i would really appreciate your help please!!

Just curious if there is such a by-law out there and if it has been successful or harmful. I notice a lot of dogs that come into shelters are 'chain dogs' that break free. In personal experience the dogs are fairly weathered, and not well cared for. Any thoughts?

I live in Houston, TX. For erasing items on a persons criminal record, I know there are expungions, non-disclosure, and sealing records. I would like to clear up my record, for job search purposes so I will pass a criminal history check. I have 2 dismissals - they were dismissed in court with no fines or court costs having to be paid. One was last week (misd) and one was about 3 years ago. I also have one misd. deferred adjutication from 3 years ago that was dismissed early because I finished my community service a lot earlier. Here's my question. I only have enough money to expunge, have a non-disclosure, or seal (whichever term is appropriate) only one of these. Would it be best to do the deferred adj., since the others were dismissed? I just want to pass the criminal history check for jobs right now. I will eventually try to have them all exposed of, but can only afford one now.
