I am 10 and I have hair. is it good or bad? what does it mean?

Yes many people have hair in the base of the penis. If you are not circumsized and still have the foreskin, there can be hair follicles since its SKIN. Dont worry. you are hitting puberty and many weird changes can happen. If youre not satisfied, go see a doctor and he will be happy to tell you what im saying now. GOOD LUCK!

I think you mean you have hair at the base of your penis, not actually on it. It's nothing to worry about - what you are experiencing is the start of puberty when a boy's body begins to change. Take a look at the link below for more information.

It’s all natural and all men grow it!
Most boys start growing hair at the age of 12- 14 years of age
And don’t be afraid to play with yourself that's natural to!
Just lock the door so on one will walk in on you!
Boys will lie about it when there young but they all do it!

many of us have hair growing up our penis. I would say it is normal for you and normal for me and a million + or more other men. I would say it is not normal for a million + or more other men.
so why all this is it normal stuff anyway? who or what is normal anyways?
