can i make sculptures out of paraffin wax? how much detail can they handle? ... i want to make molds...

Both my parents are smokers and are around that age, and my grandma also smokes. She's 57 and I don't know exactly what will happen. What has already happened to themselves they can't fix? okay during the three weeks we`ve been argue`d 5 times. and today is the most serious talks ever .. he wants to give up on me, he think's im really complicated to talk to. i havent open`d out even more to him during the 3weeks, he thinks i keep stuff in me & won't tell him. i told him i`m learning from this & he said he isnt ..
maybe im lieing to myself just to make him happy ..
he wants to give up and dont date anymore & i really dont wanna lose him .. it`s been ONLY 3 weeks ! ]= i just wanna learn from the arguements and get it over with .. but he just wants it to end. i know this sounds super childish .. but like he`s the first person whose like THERE, he makes me happy .. without him i might be a mess. he also thinks im a baby and i dont talk to him, he says i dont talk but i laugh and i agree to make him happy .. which is maybe kinda true . it`s like im trying to hard to make everything work out .i need help .someone please tell meee what to do. & how to make it work out ?
