since im moving to a new school next year, i decided to give cheerleading a try. what things/stunts should i know before trying out?is there anyway that i can practice doing those things ar home?what do i do in the actual try outs???? i dont really know anything about cheerleading. i hope you can help. =]

I have to sing part of the song "Kansas City" in my school musical. People keep telling me that I need to sing it with more of an attitude and more sexy. I've asked so many people how to do this, but so far, no help. I'm not exactly attractive so it's hard for me to flaunt nothing. Also the sound of my voice needs more attitude, but I don't know how to put it in. Are there any real people or fictional characters that I could use as inspirations or models for this role?

I am in a very good place for employment. This area is high tech and has no surplus workers. I know how to use computers, of course, and have plenty of graduate education with impressive degrees. All but one (library science and I am not interested now) are dated now. With all the buildings of high tech companies here in my neighborhood, you rarely here of a job opening, which is par for the course. What types of positions might be needed and available in these companies for a retired man. I do not need benefits except days off and can work temp, pt, nights, whatever. Maybe I should work for myself? Doing what? Clean record in all respects too.
Would like just ideas if you know something about the subject, but not too many cute answers from those trying to get a simple 2 pts.

Ok, I heard that they are wanting to or have passed a bill to allow children of illegal immigrant parents to apply to stay in the U.S. once they are 18 and attend 2 years of college or 2 years of military? is this true? (I hope so there are so many kids that did not choose to come to this country and once they turn 18 are finding out that they have no where to go, and can not get a job) I do not agree with illegals coming to this country, but it is the children that are getting caught up in this. Let me know what you have heard? thank you.

In formal essay writing, should one use the word "whilst" INSTEAD of "while" or "all the while as" or "in the meantime" or "... at the same time as ..."?

Is it a matter of preference? Does it make formal essays prettier?

Does "estate" refer to EVERYTHING (savings, stock, etc.) in the person's name? Or does it only refer strictly to property? Also, I know it has to be signed with witnesses and notorized, but is that it? Does the will need to be reviewed by a lawyer or filed with the county?
