My association is trying to restrict the amount of renters. Does any mortgage companies not allow people to borrow money if the rental rate is over a percentage? If so what is the percentage that we should keep it under?

Recently, there's been a debate on which format is better. Personally, I think the HD-DVD is better because it's like a DVD but better so it doesn't require much changes during manufacturing. I know Blu-Ray discs can store more data but sometimes, maybe size doesn't really matter?

we will have to do some extensive work on the house to accomadate our son when he comes home from the hospital rather than putting him in a nursing home.i hear they have a donation site but every other one seems like a red tape site designed for you to give up and move on to the next. anyone have suggestions?
