because there different colour or sexuality or even because there from another country i think that we all need to live as one before its to late.

Many bullies feel inferior about themselves so feel that the only way that they can make themselves feel better about it is to pick on others who are not like them. Once you hit on their weaknesses they shy away and back off but many times it is hard to find out what exactly their weaknesses are. I do agree with you though. I mean we are all made up of the same things (e.g. hair, bones, blood, tissue, etc.) There is nobody that is really any better than anybody else in that respect.

Strength in numbers, body size.
They need it to satusfy their sense of being, superiority and existance. Inferiority threatens them psychologically e.g. a person standing in the bowling alley when everyone else has left it.
The sense of power can have a lastuing effect on a person. When they establish it as a norm, it will take something big to change their perspective. Their perspective is also reinforced by the people around them or people who conveys their message so strongly to them, it almost seems like a command.
