but after me loosing my job she started acting different towards me not unsdetrstanding my position and since she has left me with my 2 kids for 3 years and not allowing me to see my new born baby since he was born he is now 2 years old please advise am stranded not knowing how to reach my kids

My brother is staying with me.. ( he's 21,not that it matters..lol) But anyhow.. he needs to get a job, and he has smoked weed. I can't wait a month or for him to get a job and move...even though I love him.. he IS my brother after all. Do you guys have advice about passing it? Something besides "tell him not to smoke" because that's obvious, and he's not anymore.. but he just failed a drug test for a job today.

There once were two Irishmen, named Shawn and Pat, who were the best of friends. During one particular night of revelry, the two agreed that when one passed on, the other would take and spill the contents of a bottle of fine, Irish whiskey over the grave of the fondly missed and recently dead friend.

And as fate would have it, Shawn would be the first to pass.

Pat, hearing of his friend's illness, came to visit his dear friend one last time.

“Shawn,” said Pat, “can you hear me?”

Faintly, Shawn replied, “Yes, Paddy, I can.”

Bashfully, Pat started, “Do you remember our pact, Shawn?”

”Yes, I do Patty,” Shawn strained.

“And, you'll also remember that I was to pour the contents of a fine, old bottle of whiskey over your grave, which we have been saving for, going on 30 years now?” said Pat.

“Yes Patty, I do,” whispered Shawn.

''It's a very ‘old’ bottle now, you know,” urged Pat.

“And what are you gettin' at Pat?” asked Shawn, briskly.

“Well Shawn, when I pour the whiskey over your grave, would ya mind if I filter it through my kidneys first?”

All of the older people in my family keep telling me that my fiance and i will not work souly because we are "not of the same race, Our cultural backgrounds are different, We were raised differently." And yes that might cause a few heated discussions. But i do not see where it could ever become the reason we can no longer be together. we talk things out. No matter how subburn either one of us are, we sit down and talk it out. we've made a promise to never sleep on an argument. I very strongly believe in that. But the point is. In a relationship it is about coping and sacrificing. Coming to a common agreement. It has nothing to do with your skin color. My fiance is Colombian and proud. I support him in that. His family has worked all their life to get where they are now. In Florida. I would be proud too. He is a very smart man. In the Air Force. College. Pays for his own things. Bills. How could the difference in our race cause problems for us? The world is too closed minded.

I've been in a long distance relationship for a while now, although we were "official" a few days ago. I feel as if I'm the one putting in all the effort, trying to get him to call me, or let me write him a letter. Something more than just chatting online. He hasn't done anything, at first he made all the first moves now it's as if I'm putting everything forth and he's just sitting there taking it. He tells me he loves me and I'm so "perfect" yet...he doesn't do anything. I feel hurt and upset and as if I'm the only one IN the relationship. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what.

it within an hour's time. I since hang up the phone line, switch on my stopwatch, about 2 minutes to an hour, I got a phone call from the restaurant's manager saying that he needs a further time extension of 15 to 20 minutes as its rainy weather out there at his place. Actually, my place also raining now. So, then I said, How come say that the delivery placed within an hour, then we as a customer also believe it, but finally get such a dissappointment, then demanded them to give me the meal for free. Then he said, he will give me free this time and from next time onwards wont fail to keep up their word.

Same like this, after complaining a lots, I have had a lots of free meals with Mc Donalds.

Will they ever change? Or keep up with the bad service ?

I have 3 children 4,8,10 yrs so I would like to stay somewhere close to the main shopping etc but as we are probably going to be out & about all day I do not want to spend a fortune on a hotel. Can anyone recommend a good, clean, friendly etc hotel to accommodate 2 Adults and 3 children?

My 12yr old son slipped and hurt his ankle. I took him to Urgent Care where they took xrays and told me it was fractured. They put a splint on it and told me to take him to his PCP for follow up and casting the next day when the swelling went down.

His PCP made us wait for ever, then proceded to tell us to go get an air cast because the receptionist didn't schedule enough time for him to do the cast. Then we had to come back a few days later for a check up. My husband is a personal trainer and has sports medicine training specifically for sports injuries. When I requested a photo copy of the radiology report, to show my husband, the doctor didn't want to give me one. He gave me a hard time and wanted to just "write it down" like anyone could ever read a doctors handwriting anyway. Finally, I threw a fit and he made me wait another 15min to sign a form to get the copy.

What's the big deal? I don't get why the hassle?
