I had the flu last week. I had coughing and sore throat. I don't have coughing or the sore throat anymore but if I talk for a minute or 2 I lose my voice. I need to talk for my job and I have a show to do. Is there anyway I can get my voice back or at least talk longer than 2 minutes before it dissappears.

First, I wanted to know if my tank has cycled yet. :) It's been running for about 10 days now. I'm still new to keeping aquariums, so keep that in mind. My test results were:

Nitrates: Good, about 0-10
Nitrites: Also good, about 0-3
Hardness: 75 - Soft
Alkalinity: Not Good. 0-40
pH: Not Good. Acidic, between 6.2 - 6.8

Is my water okay for my fish, even though my Alkalinity and pH arn't doing so well right now? What can I do to fix them? Also, could those two bad readings be the cause of my fish taking breaks at the bottom of the aquarium? He doesn't do it often. I catch him doing it sometimes though. Is it normal for Goldfish to sometimes take breaks?

I do have a filter. It's been running since day 1. Whisper brand, carbon filter. 10 Gallon aquarium. My fish(Ryukin fantail) is about 3 inches from nose to tail. Also I have 3 tiny Rosy Red Minnows in the tank with him.

All tips and advice greatly appreciated. :) Help me keep Charlie alive! :D

My daughter is almost 3 years old. To this day she has never slept an entire night!!!! She doesn't seem to be having nightmares or anything, but I thought that by now she would sleep through the night or at least only wake up like once. She wakes up between 5 and 7 times a night, whether it's for a drink, to go potty, or to get in my bed (which is a WHOLE OTHER SUBJECT!!! lol) She goes to the doctors tonight and I am going to bring this up to him. I was just wondering if any of you have had the same problem with your children??? Also my daughter is VERY controversial, she back talks and just has this "attitude" that a 3 year should not have!!! I'm wondering if this could be from not getting proper rest?

We all know that we are supposed to drink an abundance of water every day and that doing so will keep you healthy. I totally agree with that!

However - When it comes to your daily intake, do flavored waters like Propel count? What about mixes that are "free" of calories, etc, like Crystal Light?

I'm 18 and my friends like to buy clothes from Abercrombie, Hollister, American Eagle, etc....I have some of those, but my favorite stores are The Limited, Express, and Banana Republic. Most of my clothes are from there. I know I dress kind of different from my friends.....what kind of style is this?

i m having a no. of files "desktop_.ini" in my pc, they r multiplying as i browse any folder,
i m using norton antivirus 2002 updated thru liveupdate,

but still it can not detect any infection.

Christ is coming one day...I hope soon, looking at all that's around me in the world today. I know that it only gets worse before the time of His coming...How can we protect ourselves, our children and people we love from the horrendous plight of evil that bombards us each and every day. I bathe my family in prayer, make sure that they are knowledgeable of the truth in the bible. What else can we do as Christians to stay sane? Suggestions?
Just need a little uplifting today. So I'll ignore all the answers that don't pertain to my question. Help Fellow Christians I need prayer today!!!
