Christ is coming one day...I hope soon, looking at all that's around me in the world today. I know that it only gets worse before the time of His coming...How can we protect ourselves, our children and people we love from the horrendous plight of evil that bombards us each and every day. I bathe my family in prayer, make sure that they are knowledgeable of the truth in the bible. What else can we do as Christians to stay sane? Suggestions?
Just need a little uplifting today. So I'll ignore all the answers that don't pertain to my question. Help Fellow Christians I need prayer today!!!
Love ya
Di

I'm still searching for truth. I see many many issues outside of the church and within what is supposed to be the church. I hope you find what is truth in all things as I hope to find as well. All we can do, is i guess the best that we can do.
Peace to you.
P.S. don't let others tear you down. They're already down. misery loves company.
Look at the misery of fools! The "first" fool even mocked your stating that you "always try to pray for your family". Hipocracy is the norm in this world.

The first suggestion I have is to stop being paranoid. The "evil" in this world hasn't changed for many thousands of years. people dying of deceases, starving children, war, etc. aren't unique to this time frame. The reason we hear about it more often is because now have the media who reports on this stuff everyday. The world is a smaller place now - that's the only thing unique to this time.

I think you are doing the most important part already and that is to be commended. As Christians we must continue to meditate on His Word and His truth. He is our refuge and a VERY present help in times of trouble. Look to Him and He will give you peace today. I pray that God smiles on you today and that He sends you a little sign that He is very near to you and He will keep you.
Read Psalm 91 that is one of my favorite chapters and I am sure it will help you through today! God's peace to you and have a wonderful day in Jesus!

Yes, I am ready.
Psalm 18:2 "The Lord is my rock, my fortification, my deliverance, my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge.
He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
I call to the Lord, who is wothy of praise,
and I am saved from my enemies".
I am studying the solution to nation delieverance from terrorism.
I am 100% ready and in the battle.
The "shield" recognizes the ultimate power of Jesus Christ beginning with salvation.
We know that we are dealing with a great and mighty powerful God that will protect us if:
We use 1John1:9
Study our Bibles and pray.
The power of God will be seen.
Peace out.

Hoping the world ends soon because you are so sure you are going to "heaven" is a little arrogant, don't you think?
Good luck...

I'm an Agnostic but I am not a "fence sitter." I have made my choice and I know what I believe.
I do not believe that your Jesus was a god. I do not believe he is coming back. I'm sorry, but you asked.
