(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .
(3) Get you self a good antivirus or a free one if your present anti virus is not protecting you .

hi jaine, i would suggest that you should get yourself a newer anti virus program like Norton 06/07 or free ones like AVG or NOD32. With a newer av program, the virus can be scanned and eliminated. Hope this helps

McAfee free Stinger should do this for you.

Just log on to :

http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger

It will bring up an EXECUTABLE file which is safe to execute

Just press the underlined file and it will run through hundreds of worms and virusus removing them as it does.

Hope this works for you as Stinger is well known and reliable.

Go to http://www.mbusbyuk.info/links.html and scroll down the page to free online virus & spyware scanners.
Select Panda ActiveScan.
Make sure you do a full system scan (i.e. "Scan My Computer").
This will clean & disinfect anything it finds.
Good Luck!
